An affiliate member may be both a REFEROR and a REFEREE. A REFEROR (also known as an affiliate) is a person who introduces others to become members. A REFEREE is a person who was referred by an affiliate member to take up membership.

Every member makes his purchase online directly from us. When a Referee completes a purchase, a commission will be earned by 5 levels of Referors before him. See Reward$ Table for commission structure.

Enrollment
At enrollment, an account will be set up for the affiliate member. If a person is introduced by an affiliate member, he should have the email address of his Referor at the time of completing his enrollment. This will enable commissions to be paid to his Referor. Qualification
An affiliate member must make an initial purchase in order to activate his membership to receive commissions.

Activation
After making his initial purchase, the affiliate member's account will be activated. He can start earning commissions on the purchases made by those members introduced by and through him. Such commissions earned by the affiliate member is worked out in accordance with the Reward$ Table.

Affiliate Member's Account
An affiliate member's account will be credited with the commission in accordance with the Reward$ Table upon the completion of payment by his referees for the orders made. Once a commission has been paid, the same amount will be deducted from his account. Up-to date account statements can be assessed online after login.

Redemption/Payment of Commissions
Earned Reward$ can be redeemed for purchases. The redeemed Reward$ will be offset against the invoice value. Alternatively, earned but unredeemed Reward$ will be paid into an affiliate member's designated PayPal account on a fixed date every month. Every affiliate member is required to have a PayPal account upon enrollment in the Affiliate Reward$ Program as this facilitates fast, convenient and hassle free payment of commissions earned. Right to vary the Program
We do not envisage any major change to the Affiliate Reward$ Program but reserve the right to make adjustments at any time, subject to a 30 day prior notification posted on our website. All purchases made prior to the effective date of adjustment, will continue to enjoy the old Reward$ rate.

Termination
An affiliate member can terminate his membership at any time by writing to us. Upon termination, the account will be closed and no further commission can be earned. Payment of the Reward$ in the affiliate member's account at the time of Termination will be made to the designated PayPal account. Once an account is closed, it cannot be re-activated.
